“I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now.” – Philippians 1:3-5

As we reflect on the year 2024, our hearts are filled with gratitude for the incredible ways God has worked through this ministry—and you have been a vital part of it! Your faithful spiritual and financial support has empowered us to continue equipping the body of Christ, making a lasting impact on pastors, elders, missionaries, and church leaders both nationally and internationally.

A Year of Equipping and Transformation

This year, by God’s grace, we have equipped over 300 pastors, elders, missionaries, and leaders from various churches across multiple nations. Our ministry center has been a hub of spiritual growth and renewal, hosting 295 days of pastoral training, mentoring, and leadership development. Leaders from diverse congregations have sought our spiritual resources, experiencing personal transformation and empowerment for their ministries.

One of the tools that has greatly impacted pastors and churches facing challenges is the ERIC Program. This resource has brought biblical clarity, healing, and restoration to church leaders navigating difficult situations. We are continually encouraged by the testimonies of restored relationships, renewed faith, and stronger churches.

Looking back at 2024, Ethan and Sarah have been in awe of the Lord's faithfulness.Through many highs and lows, God has steadily increased our ministry roles and responsibilities. With the turn of the new year, Ethan completed one year as an elder at Robbinsville First Baptist Church and is closing in on his third full year as youth pastor. He also completed his first year of seminary training online through The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

One of Sarah and Ethan's greatest joys is walking with people through the Bible and watching as they make new discoveries and applications from the text. In 2024, we were able to do that in a number of ways, including leading Models for Disciple-Makers groups, Ordination Training curriculum, and multiple studies through the Gospels. They have had the privilege of hosting people in their home, travelling overseas, and serving faithfully in their local ministry context.Through it all, God has provided in special and unexpected ways. Thank you for being a part of that support and enabling this ministry to happen.

Looking Ahead to 2025

With your continued partnership, we are committed to expanding the Kingdom’s work even further in 2025. Our vision is to remain a blessing for pastors, elders, missionaries, and churches both nationally and internationally. In the spring, we are planning mission trips to Albania, Austria, Italy, Romania, and Ukraine. These mission trips will focus on leadership training, discipleship, and equipping churches with biblical resources for effective ministry.
