Dear Friends,

With hearts full of gratitude, we thank you—those of you who, through your constant support, make it possible for the mission work of helping, discipling, and equipping to continue through the ETM organization. We are deeply thankful for your faithful spiritual and material support toward the mission work carried out by ETM.

In the month of March, by the mercy and grace of God, I traveled on a mission to Europe together with three colleagues—from March 17 to April 3. I was accompanied by Les, Steve, and Jim. The mission was organized across four countries: Austria, Albania, Ukraine, and Romania.

Our first mission took place from March 18 to 22 in Austria, in the town of Stokerau near Krems. I was invited to organize a discipleship conference by Pastor Dani Velcotă, the pastor of the Baptist Church in Stokerau, who is also part of my discipleship program. We had a blessed time with fellow pastors, leaders, and ministers from seven churches. It was here that I also met Ghiță Ignat, a former MMA fighter who faithfully attended each day of the Discipleship Course. Ghiță expressed his desire to join the discipleship program with me starting on April 25.

From March 22 to 25, we traveled to Albania. Although our time there was short, the schedule was intense. We met with our spiritual children—missionaries Nick and Debora Tanasescu. Nick and Debora have been part of my discipleship program for over two years, and they are doing a wonderful work of discipleship in Albania. Debora leads a discipleship group for young women and meets with one of the girls every day for individual discipleship. I had a blessed time with her group and prayed specifically for each girl according to her needs.

On Sunday, I ministered in the church pastored by Besmir. Pastor Besmir and his wife will come for training at ETM from July 6 to July 17. That same evening, we had a meeting with students in Tirana where we discussed the topics of Depression and Anxiety. We also recorded video interviews with each colleague who accompanied me on the mission. The next day, we went out with the students and continued our discussions about life and its meaning. In the afternoon, I met with Alesio, the General Secretary of the Evangelical Alliance in Albania, and with Luka, the President of CEF in Albania. We had a blessed time as we continued the vision and strategy discussions we began last year for Albania.

On the evening of March 25, I served at Agape Church in Oradea, where we met at the BBSO campus. We had a teaching session on the importance of discipleship. From March 26 to 28, I served in Ukraine at the church pastored by Ion Pătrașcu.

Our schedule in Ukraine was intense. We had teaching sessions with pastors and church leaders and visited various villages where Romanian-speaking Roma communities (Volohi) have churches. We saw the urgent needs of these communities—one of which is in need of a missionary family. On Thursday evening, we had a worship and fellowship gathering. I was amazed by the number of people who attended—over 300 in the middle of the week.

On March 28, we returned to Romania, specifically to Jibou in Sălaj County, where we had meetings and a discipleship conference with pastors and leaders from the surrounding churches. The pastor of the church in Jibou, Teofil Mihoc, is also the General Secretary of the Baptist Union in Romania. I was impressed by the church he pastors—a living, vibrant, dynamic, and serving congregation. I experienced a blessed time of fellowship with my colleague. I pray for Teofil and for his wife Camelia, who is going through a time of suffering. May the Lord Jesus bring them victory and healing. Teofil has requested the continuation of discipleship conferences in his city and the surrounding areas.

On April 2, I was invited by Pastor Romică Iuga to speak to the students at Alexa Popovici High School in Arad. I had a blessed time with the students and the teaching staff. That evening, I was invited by Pastor Ioan Damian to participate in a radio broadcast on ALT-FM. The show focused on discipleship, the obstacles in its path, and practical solutions for fulfilling the Great Commission. The mission concluded on April 3, when I returned to the United States.

I want to thank you all for your support and for the love you have shown me.

The Word of God says:

“Do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.” (Hebrews 13:16)

Through every donation, prayer, and word of encouragement, you have chosen to be part of a work that brings light, hope, and salvation to places where the Gospel has not yet been heard or lived. We see you as faithful partners in this holy mission, and the Apostle Paul best expresses what we feel toward you: “I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the Gospel…” (Philippians 1:3–5)

Through your support, lives are being transformed, families are being restored, and the Church of Christ is being built through the power of the Holy Spirit. Every contribution is an investment with eternal value, and God will not remain in your debt.

“And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.” (2 Corinthians 9:8)

We pray that the Lord will reward you a hundredfold and pour out His blessings upon you and your families, according to His promise: “Whoever sows generously will also reap generously.” (2 Corinthians 9:6)

On behalf of the entire ETM team and all those touched by God’s love through you, we sincerely say: Thank you!

With appreciation and love in Christ,

The ETM Team – Expanding the Kingdom through Discipleship
