Dear Friends,

Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! I pray this letter finds you well and in the grace of God. On behalf of ETM, I am writing to share how your partnership with us helps to advance the kingdom of God through our global mission initiatives.

At ETM, we believe in the transformative power of the Gospel and the call to make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19). Our mission is to spread the love of Christ through practical service, leadership development, and strategic outreach, both locally and globally. This year, we have an opportunity to extend our impact through several initiatives:

  1. Mission & Hospitality

Through mission outreach, we are not only sharing the Good News of Christ but also demonstrating His love through acts of service and hospitality. We seek to create safe spaces where individuals from all walks of life can experience God’s love and care. Whether it is hosting a community event or offering relief to those in need, hospitality is at the heart of our mission. In the month of August we had families who visited us and with whom we had time for Bible study, faith strengthening, and discipleship. We had one family from August 3rd to August 11th. We had a blessed time of spiritual growth and edifying fellowship. From August 13th to August 19th we had another family for a time of counseling and discipleship. On the 19th we had a family for 2 days where we discussed our work and vision.

  1. Leadership Development

Our goal is to raise up Christ-centered leaders who will guide their communities with wisdom, integrity, and a servant’s heart. Through mentorship programs, training seminars, and workshops, we are investing in the next generation of Christian leaders, equipping them to serve both in the church and in the marketplace.

  1. Discipleship

Discipleship is the cornerstone of our organization. We are committed to walking alongside believers as they grow in their faith and understanding of God’s Word. Our discipleship programs focus on deepening spiritual formation, fostering accountability, and encouraging a lifestyle that reflects the teachings of Christ.

  1. International Strategy

With a heart for the nations, we are strategically expanding our mission efforts internationally. By partnering with local churches and leaders around the world, we aim to create sustainable programs that meet both the spiritual and practical needs of pastors, elders, missionaries, and leaders. Our mission is to encourage each servant to work biblically and to honor the head of the church, the Lord Jesus Christ. Revitalization is a key need around the world.

Our ministry is practical and dynamic. On August 25th I left for Europe with my son David and Pastor David from Lebanon, TN. The journey to get there was full of challenges. Our flight was supposed to be to London, England, but it was canceled after 12 hours of waiting at the airport. The flight was supposed to be around 10:00 pm. It was only at 3:00 in the morning that we were informed that the plane had malfunctions in the hydraulic system and the engine. At 5:00 AM on the morning of August 26, we arrived at the hotel to rest for three hours before we returned to the airport for the rescheduled flight with a different stopover to Frankfurt Germany. This rescheduling created total chaos and our luggage was delayed for seven days, so we had to buy clothes and hygiene items. The hotel appointments were messed up and required many phone calls to cancel and reschedule.

I arrived in Budapest on the morning of August 27th, after two days of sleeplessness and fatigue. Around 3:00 in the afternoon we had our flight to Tirana, Albania. After a two-hour flight we arrived in Tirana and immediately I had a meeting with missionaries from Tirana and with families who are in our discipleship program.

On August 28, all day I was with missionaries of different mission organizations who want our equipment and mentoring resources. We met with the director of all missions and missionaries in Albania. More than 300 missionaries of various mission organizations around the world are registered under this umbrella. We also met with a missionary from IMB who serves in Albania. On August 29, we met with the representatives of CEF Albania.

From August 30 to 31 we went to Peia, Kosovo, together with the general secretary of the evangelical alliance in Albania to meet with representatives and missionaries from there.

All the meetings we had were productive, effective and a real blessing for the evangelical world and implicitly the society where God called us to have an impact. We will continue our mission until mid-September. In order to bring these initiatives to life, we rely on the generous support of partners like you. Your partnership helps us continue this important work and reach even more people with the message of Christ’s love.

We would love to share more details with you and explore how we can collaborate to further God’s kingdom. If you have any questions or would like to discuss sponsorship opportunities, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We are grateful for your prayers and support, and we trust that the Lord will bless our efforts as we work together for His glory.

 In His Service, President
